BIOGRAPHY
Weston Fisher is an associate attorney who focuses his practice in a variety of commercial litigation areas, including the defense of energy companies, construction litigation, and premises liability. He approaches the legal needs of his clients with thoroughness and attention to detail, always aiming to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients and their insurers at all stages of litigation.
Weston joined the firm after earning his Juris Doctor cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Academic Scholarship and served as Chief Student Attorney of the Small Business and Trademark Clinic. Prior to law school, he graduated from Texas A&M University magna cum laude. While at Texas A&M, Weston was selected for leadership roles in the Corps of Cadets, won multiple elections to represent his peers as a Student Senator, and was active in the Liberal Arts Cornerstone Honors Program.
