BIOGRAPHY
Andrew Willard represents individuals and businesses in matters including construction litigation, commercial litigation, architect and engineer defense, directors and officers litigation, and other insurance defense matters. Andrew’s ability to achieve desirable outcomes for his clients and his enthusiasm for the practice of law have made him a successful litigator.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew practiced with a firm in Fort Worth and effectively defended numerous clients in courts throughout Texas. Andrew is admitted to practice before all Texas State Courts, and he has represented clients in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.
Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was one of six recipients of the University’s Litigation Specialization Certificate.

Andrew focuses on assisting contractors in all aspects of construction litigation and has defended numerous companies in construction defect claims and worksite injury lawsuits. In addition, he guides contractors with filing and foreclosing on Mechanic’s, Contractor’s, and Materialman’s liens and assists owners with removing these liens from their property.
Andrew also represents contractors and property owners in resolving contract disputes and pursuing debts owed to them. He has achieved successful outcomes in the following representative engagements:
Successfully defended a civil engineering firm and obtained a no-liability jury verdict in a lawsuit relating to the design of a commercial drainage system.
Obtained summary judgment and a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a client involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Andrew obtained summary judgement and dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a client sued for Violation of the Dram Shop Act.
Obtained summary judgment and dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a real estate inspector who was sued in connection to a property inspection.
