Martha Posey

Martha Posey focuses her practice on the defense of individuals, businesses, commercial carriers, and insurance carriers in cases involving personal injury, property damage, and first party claims.  She has experience handling cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and exposure to punitive damages.  Martha is a dynamic communicator who works to build lasting relationships with all of her clients, to enhance their personal or business organizational goals and manage the stress of litigation.

Before becoming an attorney, Martha worked as a business analyst in the financial industry, gaining an eye for detail and an ability to quickly analyze documents for important information; experience which has aided her greatly over the years. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Martha is licensed to practice in Texas as well as New Mexico.
