Lindsey Comstock

Lindsey Rattikin Comstock is a Senior Associate who focuses her practice in the area of professional liability defense, representing attorneys and accountants in both civil litigation and licensure defense matters. She also has experience representing clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters in Texas State and Federal Court.

Lindsey has been named as a Texas Rising Star by Thomson Reuters for the years 2024 and 2025 and has been recognized by Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch for the year 2026.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey completed a two-year fellowship serving as Assistant University Counsel for Southern Methodist University. She earned her law degree with honors from SMU Dedman School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
