BIOGRAPHY
Ken L. Daily represents businesses, motor carriers, commercial drivers and other insureds in personal injury ligation involving trucks and other Commercial Moter Vehicles in matters involving serious or catastrophic injuries or deaths, as well as premises liability and other general liability matters involving personal injury defense.
Ken is a graduate of Texas Christian University and the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice in all Texas courts and the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas federal courts.
He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law, since 1998. He typically handles the trials and day to day matters of a personal injury defense practice throughout the State of Texas, including drafting and revising pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and deposing injured parties, retained experts and practicing health care providers.
When not involved in litigation, Ken is a longtime member of the Keller Lions Club and Lions International. Ken has held multiple club and District 2E-2 offices, including twice serving as president of the Keller Club, and has been awarded as a Melvin Jones Fellow. He has also been involved in Boys Scouts of America and was a college and high school football official for 30 years.
