BIOGRAPHY
Hamza Hussain represents businesses, motor carriers, commercial drivers, and other insureds in civil litigation involving trucking and automobile accidents, catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and commercial disputes. He handles cases through all stages of litigation, from the initial investigation through trial.
Hamza’s experience includes both plaintiff- and defense-side litigation, giving him a practical understanding of how claims are developed, evaluated, and presented. He has handled written discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, dispositive motions, mediations, and jury and bench trials in courts throughout Texas. Hamza approaches each matter with a focus on understanding his client’s objectives, identifying the central issues early, and developing an efficient strategy for resolution.
Hamza earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Hamza is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
