David Sargent

David Sargent has decades of experience defending clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 giants through a variety of industries in personal injury litigation for defendants across the state of Texas.  He has a record of representing clients in high-stakes litigation involving personal injury, transportation accidents, premises liability and on-the-job matters.  He has tried over 100 cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout  Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, David was the senior partner in a boutique transportation personal injury firm for over 10 years.  During that time, he represented hundreds of clients before Texas state and Federal Courts.  He is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts and all of the Federal District Courts in Texas.

David earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State University and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude.
