Dan Tostrud devotes his practice to assisting lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in resolving complex legal issues. He offers more than 35 years of experience in defending malpractice claims, resolving fee disputes, and guiding his clients through administrative proceedings.
Best Lawyers’ named Dan the Dallas/Fort Worth Region’s “Lawyer of the Year” for Legal Malpractice Defense in 2025, and for Professional Malpractice Defense in 2022 and 2024. Dan has been elected to The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
