Daniel earned his law degree from New England Law-Boston and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Experience

Daniel’s practice primarily focuses on defending businesses against personal injury claims in state and federal courts across Texas.  In joining the firm, he brought well-earned experience representing financial institutions and other clients in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contracts and guaranty agreements, employment and restrictive covenant matters, breach of fiduciary claims, suit on sworn account, and misappropriation of trade secrets. This work included serving as a member of a litigation team representing an energy company in a multi-district civil litigation and environmental lawsuit.   

 

His achievements for his clients include:
 

  • Obtaining summary judgments in state and federal courts in premises liability matters.
  • Successfully negotiating numerous personal injury lawsuits to achieve favorable settlements. 
  • Gaining the dismissal of a premises liability matter against a retailer in federal court.
