Cole Nimmo

Cole is a dedicated attorney who focuses his practice on professional liability defense, Dram Shop matters, premises liability, personal injury, and contract disputes. He collaborates closely with the firm’s partners to deliver exceptional legal representation. Before joining the firm, Cole honed his skills at a small firm, where he defended individuals and businesses in civil litigation defense matters including personal injury, premises liability, and marketing defect claims. In this role he won two summary judgments for his clients, showcasing his dedication to achieving favorable outcomes.

Cole earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he also gained invaluable experience clerking for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also earned a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana Tech University.
