BIOGRAPHY
Alan Cuff is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on employment law and commercial litigation.
Alan received his juris doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2025. During law school, he was a student attorney for the SMU Civil/Consumer Clinic, Chair of the SMU Board of Advocates, and a Deason Scholar. He is a national moot court champion, received multiple awards for written and oral advocacy, and was recognized by his peers as the 2025 Outstanding Graduating Advocate. Alan also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jennifer Choe-Groves of the United States Court of International Trade.
Prior to law school, Alan earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Mississippi.
