MK Holloway

Mary Kathryn “MK” Holloway is an associate who focuses her practice in the areas of Legal Malpractice Defense, Attorney Grievance Defense, Accountant Defense, and Commercial Litigation.

Before joining Cobb Martinez, MK worked as an associate attorney at a small Dallas law firm where she represented financial institutions and creditors in commercial collection and bankruptcy matters, commercial loan workouts, and commercial litigation disputes.

MK graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in May of 2022. During her time at SMU, MK served as an Articles Editor of the SMU International Law Review and a legal extern with Tenet Healthcare’s Ethics and Compliance Department. Additionally, MK worked as a law clerk at various boutique and mid-sized civil litigation firms around the Dallas area.
