BIOGRAPHY
Josh Villarreal is an associate who focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, and professional liability. Known for his preparation and attention to detail, Josh works closely with the firm’s partners, clients, and their insurers in developing litigation strategy and achieving favorable outcomes.
Prior to joining Cobb Martinez Woodward, Josh clerked for law firms in Houston and San Antonio where he gained valuable experience in commercial litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving a wide of array of legal issues.
He earned his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2021 and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. During his tenure in law school, Josh received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and served as a Technical Editor on the Baylor Law Review and as a member of the Baylor Barrister Society.
