Nathan White devotes his practice to the representation of clients in commercial and other large-scale disputes, with a particular focus on the defense of professionals in the legal and financial sectors. He represents individuals and organizations in litigation of every type. Nathan also has extensive appellate experience and a strong record of success on appeal.

Nathan relocated to Texas following several years of legal practice in Utah in both the public and private sectors. As former legal counsel for an administrative agency of the State of Utah, Nathan has valuable insight into the representation of clients facing potential adverse government action at both the federal and state levels. His wide-ranging private practice experience has encompassed shareholder derivative litigation, malpractice defense, commercial arbitration, insurance disputes, dissolution and receivership matters, consumer protection, and appellate practice of every kind.


  • Obtained affirmance of numerous appeals of state government agency decisions in cases involving unemployment insurance determinations
  • Successfully obtained reversal of summary judgment in construction-accident case involving questions of agency law
  • Obtained temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction following two-day evidentiary hearing in residential/commercial real estate dispute
  • Briefed and argued opposition to Daubert motion in federal case, resulting in favorable settlement following the court’s denial of the opposing motion
  • Pursued and defended claims subject to FINRA and AAA arbitration on behalf of both petitioners and respondents
