Successfully obtained summary judgment and final dismissal affirmed by the Fifth Circuit (United States Supreme Court denied certiorari) in an employment discrimination and retaliation lawsuit in which Plaintiff sued under the ADA, FMLA, and ERISA seeking over a million dollars in damages.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of officer and director Defendants in a foster care placement agency case.

Successfully represented individual physicians and other allied health care professionals in a number of professional malpractice cases.

Successfully represented rehabilitation hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and long term acute care facilities in malpractice cases.

Successfully obtained dismissal of a mortgage broker against a plaintiff alleging fraud and seeking over $100,000 in damages.

Defended a home inspector in a trial before a judge obtaining a take-nothing judgment.
