Larry W. Johnson

Larry Johnson is a member in Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC. His practice centers around the representation of professionals in real estate and construction matters. By way of example, Mr. Johnson defends professionals such as architects, engineers, real estate agents, surveyors, contractors, code consultants, inspectors, mortgage brokers and title companies in litigation matters. He also represents other clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including project owners and builders, municipalities, lenders, and franchisees/franchisors. His experience includes defense of claims in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. He represents clients in defense of claims involving all aspects of construction and real estate litigation, including claims for negligence, breach of contract, fraud, Deceptive Trade Practices violations, violations of accessibility standards.
