David S. Denton joined Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC as an associate in 2010, David represents clients on a wide range of legal matters including commercial litigation, professional liability, personal injury, construction and premises liability.
Successfully opposed Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand on grounds that improperly joined party’s citizenship was not considered for diversity jurisdiction purposes.
Successfully first chaired and obtained favorable award for Plaintiff in a breach of contract matter before the American Arbitration Association.
Successfully opposed Request for a Temporary Injunction that was affirmed by the San Antonio Court of Appeals in First Amendment lawsuit.
