As a member in Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC, Clint Taylor's practice is focused on professional liability defense, including representing attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, enrolled agents, tax preparers, and insurance agents and brokers in malpractice actions, fee disputes and grievance matters. Obtained complete summary judgment on claims against a law firm arising out of an underlying patent dispute.

Obtained a jury verdict for a law firm in a suit to recover unpaid fees while obtaining summary judgment on all of the defendant's legal malpractice counterclaims. The verdict was featured in Texas Lawyer as one of the Top Verdicts of 2009.

Obtained complete dismissal of claims against insurance broker arising out of the procurement of life insurance policies.

Obtained a complete summary judgment on claims against a CPA arising out of accounting services provided to a home health company.

Successfully represented clients in grievance matters before the Texas State Bar, the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, Texas Department of Insurance, and the Office of Professional Responsibility
